I ordered on the 20th and just received notice from UPS that a shipment was coming from Prusa. Since the only thing I have on order from Prusa is the 2.5 update, I assume I'll receive it tomorrow 🙂
In the MK3 thread, there are numerous reference to the new extruder body making it harder to do X belt changes or adjustments without some serious disassembly. Alternative designs have been shown where there's easier access. I'd like to know if any/all of these will work on the 2.5 and if anyone has one they'd recommend.

I ordered on the 19th of October and I still got nothing. March is almost over. I understand that some delays can happen, but it is getting ridiculous...

Answering my own question about an improved X-Carriage-Back.
I remixed one on Thingiverse for the MK3, that did not fit the MK2.5. Printed and installed fine.

I would love to know why they are so out of order from when people ordered to when they are getting them. Having placed my order within the first hour of them going online it actually starts to peev me that other who ordered after me are receiving theirs. One guy who ordered moments before me had his weeks now. My loyalty goes a long way, but if I am honest now, it's now annoying me. I know they will get here, but support told me soon two weeks ago, and trust me, my ideas of soon and theirs seem to differ greatly. One thing I do know, sadly this is the last time I pre order, lessons should have been learnt and improvements made, but feels like support have no power to do anything or even tell people better dates, any other company, I would have walked by now.

Ordered mine 14/2/2018... can't wait for it. complete mk3 in kit..im hoping that it comes with the new plate ? says its gonna ship any second to uk so we will see.

it still says they're shipping 18th to 22nd Oct Orders so when it changes then perhaps..... it's taking them a few weeks just to ship that first week.

I order both mk2s and mk2.5 upgrade kits.
If I know it will take so long, I'll split my order and upgrade my mk2 to mk2s first.

When I ordered MK2S kit april last year it took 2 to 2.5 months to be shipped. This MK2.5 upgrade kit is already more than 5 months. What a wait!
But in spite of this very long wait, I still love this Prusa and will recommend to my friends.
It is worth the wait. My only regret is not ordering ealier.

Spare bed is nice to have. Removable plates and such too. Not so sure about the rest. filament sensor is great if it plays nice.
