XYZ-Calibration fails all the time at 3rd point
Hey guys,
I have upgraded my MK2S to MK2.5 (Firmware 3.4.1) but after some minor problems I ran into a problem I was't able to fix even after spending hours trying to 🙁 .
XYZ-Calibration always fails at the 3rd point of the first run with the Error Message "XYZ-Calibration failed. Please consult manual."
I tried all the steps in the manual, tried a dozen of different PINDA positions, adjusted the frame so PINDA fits very well into the calibration point.
Changed silent mode to high speed and also removed the PSU from the frame and moved it some cms away to avoid any magnetically impact on the PINDA.

I know you said you tried different PINDA heights but I had the problem also until I lowered the PINDA a bit.
Mine kept failing at the 3rd. My kit was ordered in Jan and rec'd in MAY.
I wonder if there is a bad batch of heat beds out there?

i have the very same issue, the behavior of the printer is exactly the same as it is on the video from konstruktor. Has anyone find out, what to fix?

Finally it works now. I’m not quite sure what my main solution was. Adjusted all the suggested faq stuff. I think the most important part was to readjust the frame. I‘m think mine was not perfectly straight and with the new software the prusa cares more about this.

I've been pulling my hair out, (figuratively - I'm Bald), for the last 3 days. I started having print problems so I ran XYZ cal and it would fail 90% of the time at point 3. I'm running firmware, prusa3d_fw_MK25_3_5_1_RAMBo13a_en-cz.hex , and my machine is setup perfectly. I saw the post mentioning power settings and realized I had changed the power to auto the day before I started having problems. I reset power to high power and have run XYZ calibration 3 times in a row perfectly.

Had the same Problem after upgrading my printer from MK2 to MK2.5s. The third calibration point always failed, never passed. I've watched the PINDA Probe and recognized, that it was detecting some magnet-fields in the right corner. It was the magnet under the heatbed. After removing this Magnet carefully with a Screwdriver (no force needed). Everything works great now.
