Under extrusion after upgrading to 2.5  

Under extrusion after upgrading to 2.5

I have been working on this for a couple of days now trying different things to see if i can get around this issue. Now I am asking for help 😆
When I get home i will add a video of what the printer is doing. I will do my best to explain here first. Print starts and after getting a few layers in I hear a clicking noise coming from the extruder motor. upon looking I see the gears making a very small reverse each click. Here is a visual of a print i was testing the issues on. The Third photo was Sliced through Cura the second photo was sliced through Sli3r on one of the 2.5 200um profiles. The only things i have changed since that last picture is temperature (temp brought up to 220c) and the percentage (taken from 100% to 80% print speeds being in first picture) of print speed adjusted on the printer. under extrusion happening about half way through. What else do you think i should try? or what suggestions do you have to help adjust and fix this issue?
