Third layer on Powder-coated plate

I have new powder-coated plat on my MK2.5 printer. I printed several objects, but now, I have issue with second and third layer. Prints are unsticking on front side of plate, but rear prints are OK. First layer is perfect, but others starts unsticking on the top of the plate.

I always cleaned plate with isopropyl-alcohol and paper tissue.

I tried new calibration, rotate plate on the second side, but issue is persist. Do you have any idea where is to problem?

try washing with soap and water - IPA can only remove so much fingerprints . plain dish soap and clean paper towels and lots of water

Prusa now recommends against soap and water.

I agree with charles-h13, Prusa do not recommend to wash plate with water, it is described here: https://blog.prusaprinters.org/how-to-print-on-a-powder-coated-sheet/

even though prusa recommends against it , many of us have found it makes a huge difference, the stated reason is the risk is rusting the underlying steel sheet, as long as you wash, dry and heat you will prevent water staying long enough to cause rust. I think the fear is someone washing and then setting aside a damp build sheet to air dry like your dishes.

Prusa now recommends against soap and water.

And most car manufacturers recommend against using repair shops other than their own ...

Soap and water seems to be needed to remove manufacturing residuals from the sheet.  Prusa suggests no water due to the chance of water standing on the sheet and soaking into the nooks and crannies and allowing rust to form.  If done correctly, washing the sheet once in a while is not going to cause any long term harm; and may be the only way to get the sheet to perform.  Wash, rinse, heat dry.  And do not touch the print surface.

If you want to follow Prusa's advice and only use alcohol, then you'll need to buy it in gallons so you have enough fluid to do an adequate rinse.

I made a few tests and finally test with different plate. I switch my plate to another MK3 printer and print was perfect.

I made another switch with plate from MK3 to my MK2.5, but I had same issue.

So problem is not the plate but the printer. Could be some issue with levelling?

It could be leveling for sure.  Check to make sure there is not a missing spacer under the bed.

@charles-h13

All spacers are on the place. I disassembly bed and physically calibrate the frame of the printer (uses threaded rod from original MK2). After this, I made completely new calibration of the printer (not only XYZ). I started with test print and edges of the print are peeled off of the bed. It is quite interesting, that edges in the center are OK.

I tried to check bed temperature with thermal cam, but is seems OK.
