Mk2S to Mk2.5 Upgrade - Z and XYZ Calibration not working - First point failing

Hi,

I finally upgraded my old printer (still working before upgrade) to MK2.5S  and I'm unable to calibrate XYZ and Z, printer stops with message Check axis and run again.

After first attempt, I found, that Pinda position is -2, -2 mm from center of first calibration point. (I added some washers under X stop and printed aditional 2mm insert on Y belt holder), so now I'm on point mark, but it doesn't help. I can confirm, that PINDA is triggered (light is off when extruder stops )

I tried 3.6.0 (first version) and latest 3.14.1 firmware, but behvaiour is same.

Funny part is, that as printer does remember XY calibration from MK2S time, I'm able to successfully print. Auto home works, Mesh bed leveling before print too,  I was able to perform first layer calibration (Z-0.8xx mm). I printed Benchy and some pot model with 14cm diameter without any deformation on First layer.

Any hint ?

Thanks, Vaclav
