After MK2.5 upgrade printer is not working.

Greetings of the day!
I yesterday converted my MK2 to MK2.5 using upgrade kit.
But after upgrade the y axis got reversed.I redid the wiring again but nothing changed .
In order to get it rectified I changed the wire orientation and y axis direction got rectified.
Then I went ahead and did , calibration,which went well.
After that I went ahead with first layer calibration,which didn't started for first two tries and at last it started and went well,I thought I was a glitch.Then I went ahead uploaded a sample prusa g code ,but now the printer does 9 point calibration and moves to point 1 and sits over there.
While the LCD SD percentage moves up rapidly and within 1 minute it says print completed.
Totally lost now and do need your support to get it rectified.

I reversed the direction of y motor wiring and again y axis got reversed.For your reference pic of the motor wiring is attached

Mam,
Actually I upgraded my mk2 to mk 2.5 where in also upgraded to mk3 frame .Now if you see the motor placement in both the y carriage ,you will notice that the y motor directions is reversed in comparison to mk2 y motor placement .
So ,the first issue of reverse y axis got resolved by reversing the wire orientation ,as I didn't wanted to change the y dir from firmware onto each firmware upgrade.
Now for the second issue ,I upgraded the firmware to 3.2.1 ,but initially it was falling into xyz calibration on 3 point.I realised that probe is making circles some what 4mm at the back of the 3rd point.Now in order to resolve the issue I adjusted /modified my y belt holder ,so that it can move close to 5mm more before clicking the endstop & bamm it resolved all the issues .
Then the third issue which I was facing was ,first layer was not laying properly.So I cleaned the flex plate with some soap and Luke water ,followed with a light sanding and cleaning with IPA & issue got resolved .
