ASA top layer is rough

Hi, I'm trying to print ASA and my top layer is really rough.

I'm using the prusa ASA setting with .15mm layer height structural.

I'm using an enclosure and pre-heat it before starting the print.

I tried lowering the top layer speed and tried ironong, but it didn't help

Put this piece comes out fine with the same setting
