XL layer issue
Lately i randomly have an issue with layers - the issue is not related to a specific z position - The layers do not bond - Its an PETG - running 250 dgs - How do i solve

Hard to say without 3mf Project File.
Looks Like a feeding Problem at the Moment with the longest layertime.
Check Maximum volumetric Speed of that specific Filament with your printer. Check also: Temp Tower, Filament idler tension, Filament path.

Undo the PTFE tube from the extruder and try pulling some filament through manually - with a single toolhead you will be more vulnerable to internal wear and consequent jamming than multi-toolhead users so if excess force is required to pull filament it may be time to replace the tube.
