What might be problem here. I have never seen this before :O

I have ben using Prusa XL (dual) without problems for 2 months. Straight out of package to print after calibrations. Not a single problem and it has been running almost 24/7. For some reason yesterday i had a problem that my models booleans looks like swollen. I mean that at the starting layer when boolean hole starts its like swelling wider and taller x&y axis like model would turned out under a millimeter bigger. I ran ALL calibrations and printed again and it didnt help.

I'm not even yet sure if the "swelling" is solved,  but new problem is even a ton weirder! WTH is this? I tried to calibrate the belt tenstions too and it didnt solve this problem. Last i tried to print layertower and it came out weird too.

BTW. App tuner doesnt work (meter is not collecting anything) to check the belt tentions so used guitar app to put the tention to 85-87hz as someone mentioned it would work that way too.

It's much easier if you post the picture here.

The two most likely causes are wrong belt tensions and skipping lubrication.
