Printer pauses for a few seconds mid-print

I've been having this problem since I got my 5T XL. The printer will be doing its thing, and then it will just pause for a few moments. While it does that, the filament oozes enough to leave a large zit, then when it resumes it leaves a void because there is no filament in the nozzle. I'm on the latest 6.2.6 firmware now. It isn't every print, and it isn't all 5 tool heads, but I have confirmed it happens on at least two of them. I've replaced the default USB stick with two different ones (an older one I had lying around, and a new one I purchased just for the XL). It doesn't happen in the same place twice, even with the same gcode, and the extruder MOTOR isn't what stops - the entire printer pauses. Has anyone else experienced this?

Is the printer in a draft?  I have seen this once and I believe it coincided with the opening of two doors causing a sudden air change; I assumed something lost heat and the machine paused until temperatures stabilised.  ICBW.

I have the printer enclosure, and haven't noticed any wild fluctuations in temperatures. But maybe this is part of the heatbed temperature fluctuations mentioned in FW 6.2.6?

Hmmmm... Put the temperatures on the LCD screen and next time it happens check them, especially the ones for the current and next toolhead.

It happens once maybe every 10 hours of printing... I don't know that I want to be watching that long. But I do have a camera and Home Assistant monitoring it, so I may be able to track down a pause at some point.
