Nozzle hits Printer Bed very Hard when I start the new Job

2_Hard

Hello together, somebody an idea what is the reason for this ?

I have many times contact to support of prusa, we exchange the part with load cell, cabel from the Head to the printer, the Connection board in the printer head.

Nothing help.

Before I send the printer for check to prusa i write here, maybe someone have the same failure.

Thanks for your help.

regards, Christoph

What do you mean by "hitting hard", and when exactly? During nozzle cleaning? Mesh bed leveling?

In my case, I managed to drop tiny bits of plastic on the heatbed wile swapping plates, and didn't notice. Then, when the printer tried to calibrate, it scraped the nozzle on the front part of the plate, and errored out with a crash. The debris between heatbed and plate lifted the plate up just a tiny little bit. It would work sometimes.
