Load Cell, Crash Report, Z-Axis alwasys drives down

Good Day,

Description of Problem: Printer starts a print, preheating is finished. The extruder drives the x and y axis, also ok. After that z axis drives down several millimeters, stops, drives down and repeats this for about 5 times. After that a Crash Report appears on display. But the extruder never came in contact with the buildplate. Even if the buildplate is at the bottom it tries to drives down.

The loadcell test works not always correct, mostly it is ok, sometimes not.

The sensor value of the load cell was for example about -40.000, after some testing then about -5.000 to 0. It vary a lot.

Before this issue appeared , I  tried to print a TPU Flex filament with the printer, but the filament was not correct purged during the printing. So the filament was squeezed in to the left gap between the gear of the extruder and the case. I got the filament easily out, but coud there be some damage? For example on the loadcell (cables).

For everyone who has the same problem:

I solved the problem.

The squezzed TPU-Flex filament destroyed one copper strand of the loadcell. I resoldered it. Picture is after repair.

Now the loadcell sensor value is resilient about +- 0 . No errors. The printer works fine again.
