Is the camera option for hackers only?
I'd love to be able to buy a camera like an accessory. I want a camera for my XL that works like the X1C camera. Automatically records, easy download afterward, no fuss. I'm not a hacker on an electrical engineer. I can't solder. What camera off amazon can I get that's plug and play at the printer? No usb to my computer. I can set it on my wifi, but after that it's got to just do it's thing.
What will you use the pictures for?
If you just want to monitor your prints in case of failure then any old webcam fitted to a Raspberry Pi will do - or repurpose a doorbell camera.
If you want stop-motion printing videos then you may want to think again - I set up a camera using Octoprint on my Mk3 five or six years ago -- the first video was fascinating but by the third the novelty had gone - I dismounted the kit and found another use for it as a nature cam... I've since lost the 3D print videos but they may be on a backup somewhere.

None.
There are so many people asking for it that I expect Prusa will enable it at some time but I'd prefer them to work on other issues first.
Cheerio,
