How do I center my object on the prusa Gcode viewer?

I am using Prusa Slicer for the first time.  I am using a Makerbot Replicator 2x.  I have managed to finish the configuration, and able to export Gcode to print via Octoprint on my Makerbot.  Everything seems to work great, but for some reason when I slice the object,  the preview shows the origin at the center of the bed, and my object is completely off the print area.  (even though the Prusa 3d editor shows it correctly at the center of my print area.)

How do I adjust the preview to show the object in the same area as the 3D editor?

Hi maker bot replicator 2 X user here to. I presume the printer is stock firmware If so Are you trying to get the printer to print gcode. The replicator carnt print gcode it can only print makerbots own. There are a few post processing scripts for prusa slicer to work with the replicator 2 x. If you google for them. I currently use one but carnt find it on Google anymore.

Thanks for the quick reply. Correct I an working with the stock Makerbot firmware.  I am exporting as Gcode, and then i just upload the gcode to my Octopi (using the gpx converter to change the gcode to the Makerbot .x3g code.  The printer works fine with this.  The only issue I have is when I preview the sliced file in the prusa G-code viewer, the origin is shifted to the center.  If I tell the slicer to move the origin back to the lower right corner then my actual prints are outside of the print area.

Hey, thanks for sharing your thoughts. After I replied to your first response, I realized that the problem was in the start Gcode (under printer settings), So I did a little experimenting. (removed 1/2 of the start code and checked the preview, then kept eliminating the remaining half of the code until, I found the line that botched the preview).  I removed the supected gcode line from the start gcode printer setting, and it works perfectly.  I am not sure if I will run into a problem later, but the gcode line that I eliminated was "G92 X152 Y72 Z0 A0 B0 ".  So unless I disover this was a bad thing to do, this solves the preview issue I was seeing.

PS off the subject, but since you mentioned you have a MR2X, I am curious.  Have you tried the Octoprint server with a raspberry pi?   Also take a look at my Thingiverse posting on a few other upgrades that were inexpensive but fantastic for the MR2X.  https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4757954

HI there yes I use the gpx plugin with octoprint for a while now with my replicator. Although I always thought gcode had to be converted before you upload it to octoprint plugin thanks for letting me know you don't. My mr2x is highly modified by me. V6 hotends instead of the standered ones that come with it. Pinda probe to do mesh bed leveling all that runs on an arduino nano and tells me how much to turn the screws and custome gcode to go to each position on bed. And a few other mods.

Thanks for the tip on the E3d V6.  Can you provide a bit more info? I looked at the e3d V6 hotend, and not sure how it fits into the MbR2X.  Did you have to replace the entire extruder section or just the hotend?
