Bed levelling fails, nozzle crashing and scraping satin sheet. Z Axis calibration fails.

So I tried to swap the factory 0.6 nozzle against a .4. It got stuck, and after a brief chat with support I received a replacement heatsink and swapped it. Printed two benchies. Printer seemed fine.

A while later, I tried to print a bunch of parts that covered most of the satin sheet. Attempted the print three times and then aborted, since the printer was trying to understand the curvature of the print bed for the better part of an hour, and failed each time with a bed levelling error.

It was only after the failed levelling attempts that I noticed scratching or abrasion on the satin sheet, see pictures. It must have started during at least one of the two test benchies, since the there's a large area following the benches bottom. There are also some tiny marks that look like nozzle cleaning. There was at least one failed nozzle cleaning attempt in the mix.

I checked the lead screw bearings. Seemed fine. Lubricated the lead screws. No change.

There seems to be no debris between heated bed and satin sheet. Checked multiple times, both bed and sheet.

Then I re-ran the Z-axis calibration. Interestingly, this failed, but without reason or QR code to follow up. During calibration the bed seems to travel further down than is possible to move with the manual controls (375mm vs 370mm).

I did upgrade to the latest firmware at the same time of the latest attempts, 6.1.3.

How do I continue from here, apart from getting in touch with Support?
