XL upgrade process

I had a chat with Prusa support about upgrading my XL order and I figured other people might have the same questions.  Here is the transcript:

Brian Mettlen 06:18:51 am   I pre-ordered an XL with one tool head but I intend to upgrade it to the five tool head version. Would it be better to upgrade that now or should I wait until closer to release date? Will upgrading it at release date cause a delay in delivery?          

Jakub K. 06:20:56 am   We can't see with 100 % certainty at the moment, but changing the number of print heads shouldn't cause any delay. You should be able to update at any time until you pay the order, which will be right before shipping          

Brian Mettlen 06:24:52 am   How do I update now? Is it just a support ticket?          

Jakub K. 06:27:10 am   There will be an option on the eshop.          

Brian Mettlen 06:31:05 am   I was unable to find one but I'll look again. Thank you.          

Jakub K. 06:32:06 am   It is not there yet I think. We will add closer to the shipping before the final payment has to be made          

Brian Mettlen 06:33:16 am   So it isn't really possible to update the order yet. I understand.
