Check Prusa XL users on Face book. There are a lot of XLs out in the wild. Shipping like hot cakes.

I received mine in early April (not a beta or anything like that).

Got my semi-assembled kit last Tuesday.  I think they said it was going to take them months just to fulfill the first day's pre-orders.

Especially the way they are filling them.  The way they split the multi heads and kits to different periods.  It will take months.  Heck, it already has.

That isn't really new for them, they have always had a huge surge in orders when releasing something new and it takes months to catch up.  Even 6 months or a year later they still have a backlog.  They are a conservative company that hires and builds capacity slowly so as not to over extend themselves and end up having to run a big layoff.  That said, I kind of wish they had launched the mk4 after they got the XL group more or less caught up.  They are probably separate lines of assembly and parallel resources, so maybe moving the mk3 line to mk4 didn't really impact the XL.  Logistics can be funny like that.

I have to agree.  I can’t complain.  I went though this with the Mk3. Mk3s, mk3s+, Mini, and Mini+.  I have grown to expect it with each upgrade and new Printer.   It is their operating company model.  I think the majority of customers patient sit and wait.

Got my 2 head version over the weekend....havent printed more than a couple small things on it, but it has done both perfectly. Now to experiment with soluble supports / multi materials, that is what i truly wanted the machine for.

Nice, I've been waiting for a long time and now I got the notification that it will be in a week, I can't wait, I already want to print something.

I received the duel head last week. She is already up and printing. This is my first filiment printer. I mainly use my 2 DLP Printers. I am excited about this printer and have printed some parts already. They look great. I need to print some parts I ASA but need to build a enclosure first.

Just notified by Prusa for shipment of my XL Kit.  I ordered with a single extruder.  Finished the order this morning.  My original order with the downpayment was placed on 11/25/2021 for anyone interested or waiting for their Kit or XL to ship.  Looks like they are working their way through the queue.  Looking forward to getting mine.  Just in time as I really need the larger print envelope.

I ordered mine back in December'21. Recently customer service said I was unlikely to get mine this year. I'm going to pull back and try the quidi xmax3, its print volume is nearly the same as the XL, and all i really needed was the volume. Plus it's also ready for PC out of the box with an enclosure.  I've since moved from the MK3.5 to an X1C. It's taking tooooooo long for Prusa to innovate and manufacture. I wish it were not so, i loved my 3.5.
