They skipped me too. I'll check..
Well it seems they skipped my order. I noticed today that they started handling orders for 21st Nov for the dual semi assembled ( https://help.prusa3d.com/article/shipping-information_2297) but i still didnt get a notification email for my first day order. I started a chat and the response was that they would forward it to the shipping department and inform me in a couple of days. If you still haven't got anything maybe is a good idea to initiate a chat with them.
Anyone else preorder on November 18th and get the opportunity to order the printer yet?
On their website they say they're starting to open up orders for people who ordered on November 19th.....what happens if they forget some people who ordered on the 18th?
IDK, just asking the question.

They assured me I am still on cue. My guess is that the people posting on the website are a bit faster than the 3D printers are printing the pieces... I guess we will be called soon.

I'm guessing that the manipulation of the shipping queue based upon when earlier orders are actually finalized may be causing some grief. I think the lesson learned here is to not prevent order modifications from early on and force the pent up demand into a very tiny window. In my case, I ordered a Dual by accident when I wanted a 5, I ordered via my phone right when the order page leaked, shortly before the official announcement. I wanted to fix it but they said to wait.
I just need to stop looking at the order page twice a day for shipping info.

STrange ... this is what I just copied from the shipping page (which mentioned tha last update being made less then an hour ago:
"... The dual-tool semi-assembled printers are shipping already (shipping started in the week of July 31st). We are switching pre-orders placed on November 18th, 2021. ..."

This is exactly what i saw and i said that they skipped my order. This happened like 10h ago. i dont know if it was a mistake or if they changed it back to avoid complains. But this whole situation is getting ridiculous. In a annoying but funny kind of way.

I have ordered on the 18th of November. I have not get any mails. And i can't pay my order. So they have skipped me too.

when i click on "current shipping info" link from my order status page, it now shows 18th, so probably was a mistake that got corrected.

My guess is that they had 95% of their orders placed in the first 48 hours. Then slim pickings all the way up until I decided I wanted one.

I was mistaken! I ordered a dual-head printer. They're shipping all the way to April orders on those.
I contacted support to ask about changing to a five tool head printer. I was told to just not complete the order until the option is available. They referred me to this article and said I'll have to wait until the five tool printers are shipping around my order date. I'll wait and see how long it takes.
