Has anyone who ordered a multi-head XL got an email yet (I have not)? 

And, to anyone who has received any XL, how long before shipping did you receive your email?

I believe I ordered my multi-head within about 2 hours of the pre-order being available.  I'd love to get some hint as to where I am in the queue.

I have not gotten any of my 3 orders ( single dual or 5 )  , my last conversation with them they said check back next month ( July )  . The Queue was large and that their production was slow . At this point I’m honestly not expecting it until end of the year .

I think I've stated it before, but my confirmation is timestamped 6:29am EST on 11/18/2021.  Ordered a 2 tool head version, but will be waiting until the 5 tool head are ready to go.

I ordered the two-head and will take the two-head semi-assembled.

Just checked the shipping table.  "Week of June 19th" so we are only 2 days into that week.

HA ! I ordered a single and a dual and a 5 and I haven’t gotten an email for any ,  I’m a day 1 . Anxious to see when exactly they will ship but not holding my breath for anything any time soon . July 1 I’m gonna hit them up for another estimate 😃

I have not seen you say - Assembled or Semi-assembled.  Apparently, that makes a huge difference.

My single was a semi build , the dual and 5 are fully assembled . It would be nice in the order screens if they would’ve shown a stage of order process screen with were you in line . Give you some options if you wanted to change a semi to full for faster shipment . Instead they only give you an option to upgrade to an MK4 ( which btw I’m absolutely loving my MK4 machines we got couple more of them )

The dual may ship at any time, depending on the time on Day 1.  The Five Head will be later.  The single could ship at any time, depending on the time of the order.  

 I discussed my order of my two head semi-assembled.  I asked for some sort of estimate.  I know I can't change there processes.  I which they gave a mroe descriptive explainting of how they would ship and why they waited on the semi-assembled.  I would guess they need time to write the directions.    Well, atleast I got confirmation that the semiassembled multiheads would be later.  They should have made that clear from the start.

I did ask for an update again.  Coy non-answer is all that I received.  You might be right in that the semi-assembled multi heads might be months away.

they just say so much orders on the XL, but throw out the mk4 with no problem.
they say they ship out but except of 1-5 videos you didnt see nothing. not even from the big youtubers.

all prusa owners know that they never are in time but this is getting just ridiculous. 

july...just 4 months left and 2 years gone after "pre-pre-pre" order is placed.

Their business practices might be cultural, but the communication could be better.  There is no mention that semi-assembled will ship later, and multi-heads will be delayed.  They should have been put out upfront.  As the delays drag on, I am being dragged down by the poor communication.

iam 100% sure that whole prusa knows that ppl waiting hard.

theres only one reason you arent clear about shipping....they dont know it.

excuses starts mixing with kind of lies. (9000 mk3 each month)

discord, facebook groups, insta, twitter all quite.....when they ship out what do they mean? 1? 3? 5 worldwide?

This became ridiculous. Personally i stopped believing excuses from Prusa months now, especially after the release of MK4, but at least they should be at a point where there  is a more definite timetable. I just reached a point which on the one hand i just want to cancel the damn think just because they are LOUSY in their approach , but on the other i waited for two years and i dont want to bail out now (if the "now" is before Christmass).

I know.  After years of defending them, I am having difficulty.  I love my Prusas and accept that they will never provide communication as I would like.  I purchased Bambus in the Fall and started using them much more over the last month.  I can see why people like them.  They are not a "magic bullet," but they are a threat.
