Verticals don't seem to fit in core xy piece
Hello, I'm having issues getting the corexy piece assembled properly (section 3, steps 5 and 6). The top piece isn't sitting properly on the verticals. Looks to me like the small protrusions in the vertical tslot don't quite fit into the slots in the corexy (so I can't crank things down)
Has anyone else seen this? Hard to get a good picture, but it looks pretty clear on my phone magnifier app.

Difficult to get a picture, but this shows the idea

Unfortunately your photo doesn't load. Do you have the round holes appearing in the correct position on the CoreXY frame?

Thanks for the tip on the holes in the extrusion. That did the trick. I had to wiggle the center verticals a bit to get the post in the hole.
Bad news is that I managed to strip one of the inserts during tightening. To be fair, I was using a nice Wera hex key instead of the clever provided tool and torque wrench attachment. The Wera tool is much better at not stripping the head -- though it's certainly strong enough to strip the insert thread.

Alot of people are having this problem. It’s a VERY tight fit. You need to go back and forth between the two bolts until you snug the vertical and horizontal extrusions together.. Use the torque wrench so that you don’t snap the bolt. MAKE SURE THERE IS NO SPACE BETWEEN EXTRUSIONS… or you will have bed leveling issues
