Hot bears and other topics

Hi,

got my MK4 yesterday and there are some issues...

The gummy bears were all melted and fused together. What did DHL do to them?

Chat GPT:

Gummy bears typically start to melt and fuse together at temperatures above their melting point, which is around 90 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit (32 to 38 degrees Celsius). At these temperatures, the gelatin that gives gummy bears their chewy texture begins to soften and liquefy, causing the bears to lose their shape and stick together.

Tasted well, though 😉

--------------------------

I'm sending GCODE from PrusaSlicer (2.5.2) to PrusaLink. Although the print starts I get an error:

PrusaSlicer has encountered an error

Error uploading to print host:

HTTP 404: 404: Not Found

Any idea?

------------------------

Really no way to change the user name and password within PrusaLink?

I tried adding those to the printer's INI file but that doesn't give ...

------------------------

How long does it ususally take for the new filament to appear when changing

the filament type? I keep hitting the "purge more" button (up to 5 times) until

filament starts to appear and at one time I got two thick blops of plastic then.

-----------------------

Other than that, the MK4 is great fun, my prints were all successful 🙂

This is the XL forum, you want the MK4 one. But that sucks your bears melted. Maybe prusa support will send you a fresh pack XD.
