Heater Test fails

Hi,

I just finished my semi-assembled Prusa XL. 

Everything seemed to go smoothly during the assembly, but the self test reports a "Heater Test" failure. Not sure what's happening, but it seems to me that the firmware is expecting the heatbed to warm up quicker than it does, and then regards it as a failure. The bed does heat up though. Ran the test a few times, and it reaches about 72C when the test fails. 

I've detached and reattached the heatbed power wires, no change. Connection looks solid to me.

Another fact, maybe random: 3 of 4  phillips screws for the power terminals on the underside of the bed were loose in the packaging. Not sure if they wriggled themselves loose during transport, or if the package was handled roughly. Packaging did look fine to me. 

Any ideas?

Because the steel sheet stops any drag going onto the heat bed instead it goes on the steel sheet it also helps conduct the heat

Ok, so I didn't have the steel sheet on the print bed during the first heater tests. Now that I added it, it passed. Why?

Thank you. I briefly considered that, but it seemed counter-intuitive. I assumed the steel sheet would slow down the heating procedure even further. On the other hand, I don't have much experience with heatbed construction and thermals.

Haven't printed much yet, but it's been working flawlessly so far.

Wow I thought I was the only person who had bad luck. 3 of 4 wire screws were also loose in the box . Two were magnetized to the plate. I had to take one off of my MK3 to finish assembly.

During access test I was really confused and to my surprise the 4th screw was in the Y axis track and was being pushed. I searched everywhere for that screw!
