mk3 does not open sd card menu

mk3 does not open sd card menu

I insert a card into MK3, latest drivers installed, the lcd menu shows "card inserted"
but in the menu later all I see is "no sd card".
This is a bug, how to report it?

Try easing the card in or out about 1mm. Mine requires the occasional wiggle when reinserting.

Check if the card's connectors are clean and if they are not, clean them. If this does not help, try reflashing the firmware. At the last resort, try contacting the support by Live Chat.
