PrusaConnect and webcam on iPhone 5

Hi,

I’m trying to configure in PrusaConnect a cam. I’ve an old iPhone 5 with iOS 10, when I try to register the cam trough the link generated bu PrusaConnect the result is a black screen on the phone browser. I’ve tried with Chome and Safari.

Does anyone knows which is the minimum phone requirements to use this function?

Hi, we believe that the oldest iOS version that supports this is the version 12. Sorry

I checked and the iPhone 5S with iOS 12.x works with the standard safari browser and prusaconnect - will be the new camera for our Prusa XL =)

Got the webcam.connect.prusa3d.com page working on my iphone 6 on ios 12, but not on my old ipad 2 running ios 9(all black screen).  Neither of them would load the main connect.prusa3d.com page(insufficient resources).

You're experiencing some difficulty configuring your webcam with PrusaConnect. Regarding the minimum phone requirements, I'd recommend checking the documentation or reaching out to Prusa support for specific details.

In the meantime, if you want to ensure your webcam is working properly, you can try using webcammictest.io. It's a free online tool that allows you to quickly check your webcam in a web browser. Hopefully, this helps you troubleshoot the issue with your webcam setup!
