I'm having this issue on the XL also.
I think the fact that people have gotten it to work with different browsers, private mode, etc is just luck/randomness, not a workaround! - it doesn't work for me with private mode or alternate browsers such as Chrome or Firefox.
I can log into PrusaLink on my SL1s just fine, so seems to be an issue specifically with the MK4/XL firmwares.

This is a known problem with the not-so-optimally implemented authentication and there already are some issues, some with very detailed explanations, on Github.
For iPhones, consider using the app "PrusaLinkiOS" from the appstore. It's just a wrapper around the web page that implements a working authentication flow - I used it until I got my Beagle Camera and it works really well.

I just enabled Wi-Fi on my MK4. I was able to connect via Google Chrome to Prusa, connect, open a G code file. I inserted a clean USB stick and hit print. It transferred the file to the MK four and froze. Now it won’t go forward or back, I have lost the connection to the printer and I’m not able to do anything with it. If I try to login again, it will not allow it.

I have reset the MK4. I reconnected the Wi-Fi and the printer started back up. I can reconnect using my own old login and repeat the process. I have the same result, the printer freezes. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi, I have nit worked on that but, if you are not on the latest stable fw, please update, otherwise, please file a bug with support through chat, email, or on github under Prusa-Firmware-Buddy. Thank you

Might a ask how the clean stick you used was formatted? The Mk4 is a bit picky and will only accept FAT, not exFAT or NTFS.
