I've noticed that besides the beeping, just showing the error/error resolved seems to also pause the printer movements itself for a bit, which is not ideal. Will the upcoming workaround resolve this as well as the beeping?

I'm very, very, very sorry, but today my printer beeped like mad again, maybe "a thousand times". The last beep was a print failure... and then there was silence...

For a thousand useless beeps, I missed The Important…

Today, when I finish printing, the RPI will temporarily go out of the printer. Once again, I deeply apologize. Don't worry, I'm back with a new version.

The same with the error for me. I disconnected raspi zero 2 for the first time and I am waiting for the new version 🤐

Sorry for them beeps. Connect is just dying this last week. We are still not sure why and how to stop it. Sorry I did not foresee so much beeping.

The update is out. Has been for a while now. Just flash the 0.7.0 and enjoy the silence. The image is on our github. I think the guide has it now too. But it might still be missing a forum post. Sorry about that.

Updated the software on the printer a month ago so it should be 0.7.0 and It just started this Beeping as its ender-3 pro brother dies 2 days ago.  And its unbearable and giving me my tinnitus a boost, and the neighbors a reason to be pissed.... It even does it turned off had to pull the plug for it to stop.
I just wanna know where the noise maker is so I can stab it out... never wanna hear anything that high pitched or loud aging.
Was going to order a i4 but might need to order a ender 3 to stop this madness :S

That is certainly weird. You can silence the printer using the LCD. Under settings set the Sound mode to Silent.

What kind of beeping is it. Is it three beeps in a row?

Tried that. Not effect what so ever. But if it can do it shut off then what can stop it...

NO just one BIIP!! Louder enough to give you a headache... Don't know why anyone would ever put such a loud thing in anything designed for humans...

Do ANYONE know where the noise maker are so I can shams it???????

Don't know man. If the printer is off, it cannot beep. I hope you do not have any externally powered devices hooked up to it tho. This is not PrusaLink. It does not do long continual beeps.

No its in the same plug in the wall it's been for months. 

Well all the black power ones did in 2019 so why would it not do it now? 😵‍💫

Soo you came here to complain about coil whine or something simmilar. But used a PrusaLink thread for some reason  I agree. The printers whine as all hell. I hate when manufacturers refuse to make their products in a way that doesn't make my ears bleed. But like. I cannot help you with that. Sorry

Disregarding the offtopicness, none of my printers whined when off. So that is weird.

Also, get a video of it happening. I would use spectroid to get the sound vizualisation as well.
