Rough walls /print fail near vertical seam

I'm having issues with my mk4 printer. After the FW update my prints are starting to show rough walls near the vertical seam and my prints are failing because of it.

Never had the issue on my mk3.

Did not change any of the filament or speed settings. Tried different seam settings like random or alligned but neither of those are showing great results.

Anyone who cracked the code and resolved these issues?

Any luck with this?  I've started having a similar issue with gaps at the seams.

RE: Rough walls /print fail near vertical seam

I managed to minimize the roughness after the seam scar by printing at a higher temperature. I found out the majority of the problem came from the filament curling up when starting a new layer. Setting a higher temperature (around 5 or 10 degrees Celsius) the amount of mess is significantly less. This problem will be even worse when having a steel nozzle installed because of the conductivity of the steel compared to the normal brass nozzle.

I do think this is not just a temperature problem tho. I never had this problem with the mk3s+. I hope this will be solved in a couple of firmware or slicer updates.

RE:

I am having issues with what looks like under extrusion and layer separation on a single layer. Looking at the nozzle speed it became obvious the nozzle was suddenly traveling at maximum rate. Flow rate was not sufficient for the nozzle rate of travel. This seems to occur when there is a change in the geometry shape and-or part thickness. Turning the Input Shaper OFF solved this issue for me.
