Regression in gcode transfer speeds between 5.0.0 alpha 4 and RC
It's been mentioned elsewhere but I figured it makes sense to post here as well.
There is a noticeable degradation in network file transfer speeds between 5.0.0 alpha 4 and the RC.
The transfer speeds were bad before as well, but they are crazy bad now. Like a 5mb gcode takes 3-4 minutes to transfer over Ethernet bad.

I was already pretty disappointed with wireless transfer speeds, I was hoping ethernet would change that if I ever had it hardwired. I guess not...

I'm also seeing extremely slow transfer speeds, I ran ethernet to it thinking that would help, but nope.

There is a noticeable degradation in network file transfer speeds between 5.0.0 alpha 4 and the RC.
But think how good you will feel when they fix the speed issue and it’s back to speeds you saw on 5.0.0 alpha 4!
