Nozzle Scratching Infill and Breaking Supports with 5.0.0 Speed .2 IS

Since the 5.0.0 update, I've noticed an issue when printing with Speed .2 IS profile on PrusaSlicer 2.6.1.

The problem is that the nozzle is scratching over the infill, causing noticeable noise and abrasion.
When I use printed supports, the nozzle tends to break them during this movement.

As a workaround, I've tried doubling the "Lift Z" setting to 0.4 in the Printer Retraction Settings.
While this mitigated the issue somewhat, the problem persists.

Has anyone else encountered this issue since updating to firmware 5.0.0?
I'd appreciate any feedback or solutions.

RE:

a similar discussion is going on in an other topic.

for me it helped to change to honeycomb or a similar infill that will not cross lines.

I use gyroid and that seemed to help on the infill.  But it is knocking the crap out of the supports.  Normal supports.  Clicking and hitting like crazy.
