IS Firmware - Bad First Layers

I'm not sure if this is really an Input Shaper issue, but I'm on the MK4 alpha4 firmware so I thought to post here.

I'm having a problem where my first layers are really smooth on the left side of the bed, but on the right side there is really bad scarring (similar to when your Live Z height is way too low). I'm not really sure why this is happening - perhaps loadcell issues?

Is there some kind of calibration I can run or can I create a mesh to find out how flat the bed is?

Thank you.

RE: IS Firmware - Bad First Layers

Today the same thing happened to me with the input shaper on the 5.0RC. The left side was fine and the right side was too low, almost to the point of the nozzle digging into the sheet.
