Gcode produced by PrusaSlicer 2.6.0 crashes the MK4 5.0.0 RC

Hi team,

While trying to remove some stringing on a print, I generated a gcode file with PrusaSlicer 2.6.0 that crashes my printer after a couple of seconds.

I tried it twice and crashed at the exact same moment, the printer then reboots.

It seems it was related to the "Avoid crossing perimeters" option. I disabled it and the gcode is now fine.

Any one else had this issue ?

I've not had this issue, though I downloaded your gcode, threw it on my MK4, and it printed the circular perimeters, moved the nozzle inside the circle, dropped it down, and...my MK4 crashed. Fans stopped dead, then after a second or two the printer rebooted.

My inexperienced eyes don't seen any obvious issues with the gcode. I've used avoid crossing perimeters before, but definitely not on the MK4 with IS. Still, it's not adding anything to the gcode that would not be there with it disabled except extra move distance.

The gcode previews fine in PrusaSlicer G-code Viewer-2.6.0

A few other people (myself included) are experiencing a number of issues with the RC firmware - see this thread, this thread, and this thread.

Ranging from simple problems with first layers, through to the printer rebooting mid-print as you describe. There are a couple of Github issues open: 3219 and 3156

Might be worth you adding your information to these to help support investigate.
