Bad printing quality
I'm. not sure why the quality is so bad.
I've tried different profiles for PLA and same results with IS.
Is there a way to improve it?

What do you mean? The layer lines or the ringing?
I got issues with the print quality as well. Very awful at the moment.

Looks to me like something mechanical, things are loose.
Could be Bearings, Rods, Belts. Something is making the Extruder and Bed go in different directions.
