it was said on the bottom of the github to possibly have this issue they also said how to fix it in the bottom of the github

I ran into this same issue. I did a full factory reset & reinstalled the alpha and it seems to be working now.

I have similar problem, but with Y-axis, factory reset didn´t help me.
So i try https://belt.connect.prusa3d.com/ and my Y was to tight so i release bolts and fixed!
