Print head crash x2

For the devs, I am sharing a GCODE file that resulted in a print head crash that was sufficient enough to knock the steel sheet off of the heatbed.

The file can be downloaded from OneDrive at https://1drv.ms/u/s!AqTta7XkUq3OhaoGcev-kcQq3A48NQ?e=zRz5Za

The model is Fancy Skull by Kimbolt at https://www.printables.com/model/61094-fancy-skull. I am printing three on the bed in this file.

The same crash happened both times I attempted to print the file. In both cases, the print job made it to approximately 23 mm before the failure. I did not witness the crash, but the portion of the model that did print has no abnormalities, aside from a lot of stringing which I assume is due to the higher PLA print temperatures that are being used for IS. The collision knocks the steel sheet completely off of the heat bed, suggesting that this is not just a minor contact of the print head with the model.

I reverted to 4.4.1 FW and the model prints fine with no issues.

Hope this helps...

Thank you for the g-code. I checked it and the g-code file is corrupted/damaged, roughly at Z23.20. The file was likely incorrectly saved to the flash drive or there may be some issue with the filesystem on the drive.

Thanks so much for checking the gcode file. Yeah, that's not good. I'll try again with another USB stick.
