Im in the same boat. Got onto chat support with Prusa, but wasn't able to solve it for me. Did a hard reset, re-flashed 5.1.0, re-connected wifi module, connected to link successfully. Still got that same screen above.

They did have me load this setting via an ini file:

[service::connect]

hostname = buddy-a.connect.prusa3d.com

tls = True

port = 443

into the "Load Settings" area, which at first seemed like it did something good because it went to a screen that looks like this:

However, nothing changed

When I attempt to connect to Prusa Connect on my Mini+ I get the following error message:

Registration to Prusa Connect Failed.

However, the URL help.prusa3d.com/connect_error goes to a 404 error. Has anyone gotten their Mini connected to Prusa Connect?

That's the xl I know but it's the same problem 

Adding the dumbby code should have started it correctly what do you mean nothing changed will it just not connect

After it shows that "Loaded Successfully" screen it never activates as far as I can tell. The status remains "No config"

When I select "Add printer to connect" the registration always fails like in the first post.

I went to the github bug link, and tried that specific code, but didn't work either

Same issue here.  I kept trying the "Add to Connect" option and eventually instead of failing it actually went through gave a code, but it still shows as "no config" in the settings.  It's registered online, but shows as "offline."

I too cannot get this to work. Probably just alpha firmware being alpha. I''m sure this will be fixed soon enough.

I got the same error initially but then I turned off prusa link before trying to enable prusa connect and it worked for me!

That almost works for me, but now it's stuck in a loop of trying to connect and failing. Here's my process, maybe someone else can get further:

1. I enabled prusa link, which works
2. Per Dan's comment above I disabled it, which after restarting the printer I was able to get a registration code for connect
3. Adding the printer worked, but the printer shows perpetually offline in connect. On the printer's side it still doesn't think it's setup to connect.
4. I go into settings in prusa connect and download the .ini file to the flash drive, then load the settings from it to the printer
5. Now it loops between "Connecting" <-> "net fail"

I did a factory reset (settings only) of my mini, and that got it working. One thing I did though is once I got the code on my printer and entered it into connect online it said my printer was offline. I went to the settings in connect online & downloaded the LAN file. I removed everything in the file except for the [service::connect] section. You should see your token at the bottom of it. Then load it into the connect settings in the printer, and it began to work for me. I also had to turn off Link for it to be consistent.

I am also having problems with PrusaConnect on the Mini. I can get it to work for a few hours, and then it never works, so I remove it from my account and try to set it up again. And it fails for a long time, and then finally it works, and the cycle goes on. As you see, this is not one bit convenient. Tho...

Another thing I noticed...

You can't send files from PrusaSlicer to PrusaConnect in PrusaSlicer.

As I posted above, I have been able to get connect working. Though I am also experiencing the printer intermittently getting disconnected from connect. It happens regularly during the day. Usually right after I start a print, and a few times during the middle of the print.

I am also missing the option to send files directly from prusa slicer to connect

I finally reset my connection.
I generated new passwords and API codes.

And then I bot in PrusaSlicer and in PrusaConnect re-registered my printer.

Now it works fine and I also can put files in subfolders. Something that firmware 4.4.1. doesn't do.

It seems they have fixed something. My mini has stayed connected all day today, which hasn't happened ever.
