Why do my print dimensions differ suddenly?

Hi there,

I'm new to this forum though I print intermittently over the past few years, so far everything has gone amazingly well with my Mini printer.  Suddenly now, however, I printed a bracket for a piece of music studio hardware, and the entire print is too small by about 14% in all dimensions. I'm using PLA and printing with supports as I've often done, and I have not changed any settings that I can tell.  In Prusa Slicer the dimensions measure to be correct.  I don't need high precision for the bracket, but I do need reasonably accurate prints. Is there something I might have changed in the print settings? I don't see anything with scaling set in the options.  I'd just like to figure it out before printing another 8 hours' worth of filament.

Thank you!

RE: Why do my print dimensions differ suddenly?

14% is huge, in my experience dimensional accuracy often varies by .1mm to .2mm, but 14% sounds suspect. Are you sure of the design of the bracket?

Have you updated your firmware by any chance or perhaps printed with someone else's gcode?  The most likely issue could be that you've changed your scaling in Prusa Slicer, but you say it looks right on the plate.  Did you possibly select the wrong printer profile?  I've printed multi-color projects where I printed one color on my I3 M2.5s, another on my Ender3 and a third on my mini and all the pieces fit as if they were printed on the same printer, so I know that the mini can and does produce high quality prints.

Cheers
