Why are my circles not completely round ??
Hi when I print circles especially larger circles you notice it more , the object has edges or corners some call it blocky. Looks like a stop sign .I use Tinkercad as my 3d design .Is it a printer setup issue or a Tinkercad issue ,I start my design using their circle in the legend. Any help would be greatly appreciated .Thankyou Andre

That's an easy one.
When you export a file from your design software to an STL file, the model's surface gets converted into a connected set of triangles (tesselation). The resolution of your export defines how many triangles and what size. The higher the number and smaller the size, the greater the resolution of your model. In Tinkercad, when you insert a cylinder shaped object (to create the hole), the default for sides is 20, which is way too low, that's why the holes look blocky. Change the sides to 64, and the holes will look a lot better. But 64 may still not be good enough for very large holes, but that's the best you can get out of Tinkercad.
