What is happening here?
I have a prusa mini and it seems to be messing up on limbs. I just installed a .25 nozzle, but it was doing this on the original .4 as well. Not sure where to begin troubleshooting. The left leg on the first picture sums up my issue as does all the side legs on the other picture.
A smaller nozzle is required to pick out fine details, supports are important
It's hard to tell what's going on from pics. Save your current 3MF project file, zip it up, and attach it to a reply here so we can see your part & settings and give better recommendations.
A 0.25mm nozzle will often be the better choice for detailed miniatures. It is difficult to print details smaller than the nozzle size, and results are often fragile even when it works. A smaller nozzle lets you pick out finer details. Here's an example of the same print done with 0.25 (L) and 0.40mm (R) nozzles:
The tracks were printed laying flat and the 0.4mm nozzle simply can't pick out some of the finer details.
Support options will also make or break a miniature print. Here are the settings I use for removable supports:
