Could be gunk dripping off the heater block if you didn't properly secure the 0.6 mm nozzle.

Could be, I was afraid to apply too much force. How many Nm mini+ needs for securing the nozzle, please?
What is puzzling though is that these artefacts appear only in a certain parts in my model. They are located in of the concave part of the wall. Opposite convex wall is clean of it.
I will also try to lower the extrusion temperature if that will have an effect.

I printed the same model with PLA and it is nice and clean. If it was the nozzle it should be the same, right?

Try and increase your temperature. It could be that the filament doesn't get hot enough.
