Weird Patterns During First Layer

First time poster, so help very welcome!

I've been having some issues with Overture PLA Pro during first layer (see photos).  There's like a striping or rippling effect that I can't seem to shake.  It showed up a month or so ago and I was able to improve it by running a full bed layer test and adjust the z axis slightly, but it seems to have come back and maybe gotten a little worse.  First layer calibration doesn't seem to make a difference.  Reducing temperature doesn't seem to make a difference.

Prusa Mini+ with Bondtech upgraded extruder and heatbreak, printing in enclosure with filament dried in Sunlu box.

Thanks!

Your Z-calibration is off. The nozzle is too deep. Go higher.

Typical pattern for a nozzle too low.
