Tolerances for lids and hinges

When printing this small buckle box https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:82620 I find the hinges are quite loose and the latch wont stay in place.

The design is 7 years old so I am wondering if the Mini is too good and it is printing to much higher tolerances!

Could someone tell me what typical tolerances you would have for say a lid fitting inside a box, or round a pin in a hinge.  I could of course try printing lots of different designs but I thought I would try and tap the experience of this forum first.

I am using PLA but will migrate to PETG so any variations with filament type would be welcome.

As a newbie I am delighted with the mini - it prints better quality than I was expecting.

0.2mm tolerance is usually good for moving parts on the Mk3. I am able to design threaded parts in Fusion 360 using the standard thread tolerances and they fit quite well.
