thin gear wall
Hi guys,
I want to print this part on my prusa mini: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6371494
But when i slice it with prusaSlicer 2.9.0, my part looks like this:

Tried to print anyway, but the part comes out exactly as displayed with visible gaps between the gear teeth.
What settings do i need to adjust to get a better " wall" behind the gear teeth?

I spent 30 second staring at an ad while the STL was downloading, which reminded me why I almost never go to Thingiverse anymore...
Anyway, the inner wall is just too thin for the default extrusion width. I managed to make it look okay in the slicer by setting Print Settings>Advanced>External Perimeters to 0.35mm.
But I don't think you're going to have much joy with such a thin wall.
Also, why would you want to print this with 0.05 mm layer height?? There's zero horizontal detail. Print it with 0.2mm layer height and save 50% time.

RE: thin gear wall
Can't edit this anymore. Of course I meant there's no vertical details, so 0.05 layer height is way overkill.

RE: thin gear wall
thanks for you reply. The external perimiters does the job.
I do need the thin wall, since the gear is positioned over another part inside the vacuum brush head.
When i make the wall ticker, it won't fit anymore.
With 0,05mm i tried to have more detail, wrongly thought so.
What i'm still struggling with is that i printed this exact part on the same printer a year ago without any problems.
