Strange Over-Extrusion in some parts of my print

Hi everybody,

I am running into strange problems with first custom design when I try to print it. Some Background: I tried to design a simple remote holder with two screws holes to mound it to the wall. Now, these "Holes" seem to cause some weird problems: Each layers with them the seem to cause over-extrusion. It is fully reproducible with each print (2 & 3 perimeters, 0.15, 0.2 & 0.25mm layer size)

I tired many things, but nothing seem to help, changed the "filament retraction", print speed, etc...

My setup is a Prusa Mini+ with Bondtech Extruder + Bondtech Heatbreak; Prusa Galaxy Black with default settings

I attached some pictures to illustrate this issue (it is not a full print)

Any Idea what is the issue ?

My other prints seem to be fine, but I am not sure if I did something wrong...

How thick are those walls?

As a general rule allow a minimum of five strands of filament for an accurate wall; there are some tricks to improve narrow walls but it's usually best to design to avoid the necessity.

With a 0.4mm nozzle the default extrusion width is 0.45mm so whenever possible allow 2.4mm.

As this is your own design you should be able to rework the part.

Cheerio,
