Spiral pattern on cylinder

Not a good printing day. I printed this 2 days ago and it came out perfectly. Today, using the same default PrusaSlicer settings and same filament as before (although different gcode file), it prints with a spiral pattern that runs the entire length of the print. The print is 6mm x 43mm.

Does anyone know what's causing this?

It looks to me like Z-seam. That's where printer head starts new perimeter on another layer. It is hard to get rid of this artifact, but it is possible to adjust few settings. You can change position in Prusa Slicer to have it random, in clumps, or in one place - usually at the back of print area, where you can rotate the object to match corner you want it to be.

Definitely the seam.  Hollow cylinders start the next layer slightly offset from the last layer when seam position is set to nearest.  The best choice is often to use random.  Then you will get a bunch of small randomly positioned dots.
