Is there a way to make all sides of a print smooth?
you don't know what you don't know, neither do I

You will always get layerlines, they can be post-processed with primer/filler spray or spackel and sanding after.
Another option is to use ABS for example and use vaporsmooth or the polysmooth filament.
Search youtube for many examples and results.
