Rough first layer
any has ideas why this is happening? the inside looks smooth and nice but the bottom (first layer) is very rough

I would do some 1st layer test. Search on printables for a bit larger STL file, just one layer. The bigger size helps a lot to see what is happening.
Print, and Z-adjust in steps. I would go up/down in steps of 50, every time wait for 2-3 minutes, so you see how it prints.
Keep going until it is certainly too low cq too high.
Repeat with smaller steps, until you are satisfied.
