Printing the Olsson Nozzle torque wrench

I'm using an an Original Prusa Mini+.  Prusa Slicer settings are "0.10mm Detail" and filament is Prusament PLA.

I'm able to print the housing with no problem:

The problem comes when I try to print the internal piece.  Everything works great until I get a couple of layers into printing the "vanes".  At that point, the part loses adhesion to the print sheet (default smooth steel print sheet) and I'm screwed.  This has happened twice in a row and I'm now confused.

Any ideas on what might be causing this, or possible solutions?  Any help is appreciated.

I have printed these in PLA and PETG, on my Mk3,
Your first layer calibration must be good
try raising the bed temperature to 70C for PLA

Try printing with a brim. If you're already doing that then please post a project (.3mf) file - you'll need to rename is to an acceptable file extension.

I combined both of these suggestions and it printed with no issues.  Thanks to you both!
