printing artefacts on vertical faces

I'm looking for some answers on why after only a few months and not that many prints, the mini developped these issues.

Any ideas of why this started to happen out of nowhere?

I welcome any suggestions to remedy it (other than taking it apart and putting it back).

These are some pictures of these issues.

Cheerio,

No, I have not.

I was hoping to identify the cause of this such that I could focus on fixing the root cause, instead of trying everything on the maintenance page.

Any idea if this is due to underextrusion, loose belts, alignment, temperature variations?

Thanks and cheers

Go through the whole of the regular maintenance - I suggest you do so monthly - then if issues remain came back and we'll address them.

thank you, I will do that.

when you say this should be done monthly, what would be the usual use of the printer? would it be used daily or weekly?

I'm trying to understand the requirement around this maintenance activity based on the use of the printer.

thanks again

The normal state of a 3d printer is - printing.  I am assuming at least a 50% duty cycle.
