Print errors along certain edges

I have a Prusa Mini which has worked well overall for the ~18 months I have had it.  Recently though, some edges of prints are imperfect.  There are some samples of this here:

Some months ago I did replace the hotend with the TriangleLab one.  Other than this, the printer is in stock form.

The prints having this issue are PLA mostly but I believe it may happen sometimes with PETG also.

I did recently tighten the belts on the printer - maybe too tight? Still too loose?

Any input on how I might adjust things to avoid this type of issue is greatly appreciated!

Did the issues start after you changed the hotend?

I believe the issues started at some point after the hot end change, but not immediately after it.

Check so that your extruder tightening screw isn't too tight. And that it isn't clogged.

Thanks I will check into this.  Googling some, is "extruder tightening screw" the same as "idler screw?"  https://help.prusa3d.com/article/idler-screw-tension_177367
