PLA vs PLA+ print settings

What adjustments do you make when printing PLA vs PLA+? I print PLA 15 degrees cooler, but that's it and I'm finding that I get much better tolerances with PLA+. Prints with moveable parts tend to move freely when taken off the bed using PLA+, but the same parts with PLA are fused and need a little elbow grease to get freed up.

What other settings could I possibly tweak to get the same results when using PLA?

No change for me between the two filaments.

Same here. I use the same settings. If you see your PLA fuse, it's maybe because it's overextruding a bit. I'd run a test print and adjust my extrusion multiplier for that filament. See https://projects.ttlexceeded.com/3dprinting_prusaslicer_extrusion_multiplier.html

Wow thanks that immediately fixed it. Left is 0.9 EM and right is the default 1.0 - https://imgur.com/a/Wf6TsMB . Left was rotating freely off the bed and right is still fused.

Maybe the slightest bit under extruded so I'll play around with it, but this helps a lot. I was getting frustrated because PLA+ was passing tolerance tests of 0.15 and the PLA while looking fine, was nowhere near that.

Good to hear it worked. You can try 0.95 or so, or dial it in with a hollow cube test print.
